I’ve got all the kinks worked out of the navigation bar. It will be coming soon. Now I’m trying to decide how to categorize everything. Some of the possible categories and sub-categories now are:

• About
• Artwork
• Music
• Contact
• Services
• Reviews
• Links
• Blog
• Works In Progress
• Gallery

The problem being that sometimes I blog about art (or music or whatever) that is not mine, but I’d also like to showcase my own stuff in permanent pages and blog posts alike, which could potentially lead to three different categories with very similar names (even if they are subcategories) and could be confusing.

Second, the address of the RSS feed may be changing soon. I’m looking at maybe using Feed Burner to keep track of stats, etc. At some point I’ll have to implement some Google Analytics and learn what that’s all about. Right now I’m not trying to drive tons of traffic to this site, but that may change when I start offering services, as hinted at above. Anyhow, the feed change may affect all four of you that have subscribed to the current feed. I’ll try to give you a heads up when it changes for real.

In other news, Apple finally released the new MacBook Pros earlier this week and I’m very excited. I’ve been using a 2.0Ghz 13″ MacBook since February 2007. However, I have to learn to play two fairly complex songs on the guitar for my sister’s wedding on June 5. So in deference to her, I’ll be putting my purchase off until at least June 7. A shiny new toy would be far too much distraction. Can’t wait to get my hands on a 512MB of video memory.

Still to do: Edit the current style sheet to handle images better.
