Despite the fact that I just told 40 some odd people in a snail mail newsletter that I’d be writing another novel this November as part of National Novel Writing Month, I’m seriously considering putting it off until next year. There are so many things I’m trying to accomplish these days and packing a novel into this month might do more harm than good.

Friday morning I was named the new third shift supervisor at work. Lots of conflicting emotions have begun to surface. Not only am I the new supervisor, but none of my former duties have been passed on to anyone. The circumstances in which the previous supervisor was ousted are highly suspect as well.

Today I’m feeling especially run down. Lately I’m sleeping no more than 4-5 hours consecutively. Still exploring some opportunities, trying to choose a good path to go down. It be easier if I could tell the future.
